Free swimming survey for the over 60s and under 16s - a paper consultation

Description: In April 2009 Bolsover District council along with all the other Derbyshire councils implemented the Governments two year Free swimming programme for the over 60s and under 16s to target health issues. Through the partnership group( Derbyshire Sport) a survey has been designed to get some qualitative data from the scheme rather than the data sent to Government which is just numbers using the scheme.
