Project objectives: The survey will: 1. Gather information on satisfaction with Council Leisure Centres and information on why people use alternative facilities. 2. Measure fear of crime. 3. Identify future topics of interest to panel members. 4. Indicate how effective the publicity for customer service standards has been.
Reason for consultation: 1. Leisure Centre questions will be used to understand how customers view the service provided so improvements can be planned. 2. Community Safety questions will help track local residents 'fear of crime' 3. Citizen Panel topics will help enable us to target future surveys at Panel Members who would find them of most interest. 4. Customer Service standards information will help measure how effective the publicity has been
