Description: The Citizens' Panel is made up of 1,000 North East Derbyshire residents. They are sent 4 postal questionnaires each year which ask their views on a variety of topics. This method of consultation lets residents make their opinions known directly to the people who make decisions about how the Council and its services are run. The October 2009 survey includes questions on the Pest Control Service, swimming, getting involved, Council spending priorities and the blue box and bag recycling service.
