Project objectives: The aim of the consultation is to monitor performance at the Leisure Centres in North East Derbyshire in order to make improvements in service delivery.

Reason for consultation: We would like to gather satisfaction ratings from service users so that we can understand their perceptions of the service they received.

Expected outcomes: A better understanding of satisfaction levels amongst users of leisure services in the North East Derbyshire district.
