The company known as C&C Vehicle Services Ltd, of Oldham, has applied for an Environmental Permit to operate an installation for re-spraying road vehicles. The spray booth would be located in Clay Cross and may consume more than 1.0 tonnes of solvent a year.

Why we are Consulting

Any written comments on the application should be made to: Environmental Health, North East Derbyshire District Council, 2013 Mill Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield, S42 6NG by no later than 17th February 2021.

Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
