Bolsover District Council is reviewing the need for a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) of Footpath 18 (rear of Sookholme Road, Shirebrook).
A PSPO is a provision, created by the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, which is intended to deal with persistent and unreasonable conduct by individuals in a public place which is detrimental to the local community’s quality of life.
